Certified Manufacturing Manager Rebar TL-Kam

Manufacturing training for manufacturing and assembly managers who want to ensure that the requirements for manufacture of rebar/reinforcement bars apply in their production according to the ISO 17660 standard. On the manufacturing training course at Svetsakademin, you will receive training and tools for working to the requirements contained in the standard. Both theoretical training and practical issues are included in the two days. We attach importance to financial issues and sustainability for society.
Contents of the training course
Day 1
• Anchorages (2 hours)
• Carbon equivalent, materials certificates, classification of materials and material terms (2 hours)
• Welding (methods, welding plan, gases, fluxes, classification, heat-affected zones, preheating) (3 hours)
• Welding of black materials to stainless materials (1 hour)
• Weld tests and welding specialists’ authority (2 hours)
Day 2
• Implementation according to the EN 1090 standard (1 hour)
• Drawing requirements (welding terms, surface treatment, pre-treatment) (2 hours)
• Inspection and documentation (1 hour)
• Areas of validity according to the ISO 17660-1 standard (1 hour)
• Production tests (welding procedures and production tests, NDT) (1 hour)
• Examination (2 hours)
• Total training time 15 hours

• Diploma after passing the exam
We recommend taking the following information to the training course:
The EN 17660-1 and EN 17660-2 standards, SIS manual 530 and manual 531. Can be ordered from us at cost price.
Attendance
Minimum 75% attendance is required to obtain a course certificate and diploma.
